What is the Cypress Alliance? At last count, it was composed of no fewer than sixty hand-picked, market-savvy teams… and growing daily.

The skill set of the Alliance encompasses the breadth of the marketing communications landscape. An in-depth assessment of needs determines which of the Alliance members are to be engaged on behalf of the client. Those needs typically require one, several or all of the following: basic strategic marketing consultation; smart account management; media planning and buying; creative development; production; editing; digital and mobile marketing; social marketing or brand development. The Alliance Model The traditional agency model–housing every capability under one roof–sounds like a great idea, but it’s a costly proposition which turns out to be an empty promise, and the client ends up paying for it. In short, the model is broken. Unless you are a large multinational agency with blue-chip clients across the globe, it is just not cost effective to deliver best-in-class capabilities from a centralized or heavily staffed  location burdened with high overhead.  The Cypress Alliance has adopted a simple premise that is based on application of a high quality talent base, precisely aligned with the needs of the right clients, at the right time. We call it “just-in-time” marketing.
